Calibrating / Sanding Machine “PRESTIGE METAL” series –
As per E.C. rules –  To calibrate and sand metal plane surfaces,
fixed head machine with mobile worktable, motors inside machine body,
working width 630-1010 mm. with development of the abrasive belt 1900 mm.,
or 1100-1350 mm. with development of the abrasive belt 2200 mm.

N.W.: development of abrasive belts can be supplied – on request – of 2620 mm.
only in the version of 1100 and 1350 mm. working width.

The machines are available in versions having from 1 to 5 working units,
cross belts on the infeed and/or in the outfeed, with electronic sectioned pads or
pneumatic rigid ones, orbital blowers, blowers for abrasive belt cleaning with
compressed air saving device, electronic entry of groups, pneumatic exclusion of the groups
from the control panel, vacuum tables to keep straight small pieces, steel rollers covered
with special rubber 150-200-250-300 mm., scotch brite or steel brushes 150-200-220-250-300 mm.

The power of the driving motors for the rolls of the 630 mm. version is (standard) kW 7,5
while for the 1010, 1100 and 1350 mm. versions the motor power is (standard) kW 11,
while the motors of the scotch brite brushes steel ones have a standard power of kW 4.

On request stronger motors, inverters, or 2 or 3 speed motors can be mounted.
