ASPIRATOR mod. V570-13-1100 –
HIGH CAPACITY, IDEAL FOR GREAT SUCTION – As per E.C. rules
“570-series” aspirators are used by the side of your machines, thanks to their
features of capacity and depression they are ideal for intensive collecting of steel,
aluminium and plastic chips.

Characterized by a great collecting tank lt. 160, they can be used in a
continuative way by the side of your machines.

The use of high quality standard components – like turbines with side channel –
high capacity centrifugal electro-fans allow “iVision” aspirators to work stepless with
no type of maintenance.

Furthermore, the filter-shaker with standard pneumatic motor, assures a
perfect and efficient filtration.

Collecting unit

Sucked material deposit in a steel quick unhooking recipient mounted on
4 wheels (capacity 100 lts.), that allows to get rid quickly of sucked material without soiling.

Filtering unit

Inside the steel filtering chamber there can be the filtering polyesther bag
or the high performance cartridge filter that protect the suction unit.
These assure a high dust keeping and guarantees outcoming air pureness,
thanks to a large surface and a high filtration efficiency (3 micron).

An automatic cleaning system, composed by a vibrating filter-shaker with pneumatic motor,
allows operators to clean filters easily and in any moment, lenghtening the
duration of filters themselves, preventing their saturation keeping constant suction
performances of machines.
Ther frontal suction system is made by a double aluminium fusion
aspirating mouth diam. 100 mm.

Aspirating unit

Aspirators are equipped with an aluminium fusion aspirating group, turbine-type,
with side channel, where rotor is fastened directly on the motor shaft and
hasn’t transmission systems: this reduces almost completely components wearing and
the consequent maintenance.
Such features, together with silentness, make the motor particularly suitable for
continuative operation (even 24 hours per day), and allow it to develop a very high depression,
more than transmission systems with similar power.
The control board is made by a running/stop pushbutton panel, containing
an overload cutout switch.

Personalized equipment

Thanks to a lot of zinc-plated steel accessories to be applied to suction mouth,
we can divide users, exclude them in order to concentrate their performances,
reduce or increase diameters.
Pipes can be supplied in different materials and dimensions,
covering needs of all industrial sectors.
A great range of RUBBER, STEEL or SILICONE terminal accessories,
can satisfy any need of yours.

Practicality – Versatility

The “460 series” is recognized like the most versatile and polyfunctional one
in trailer-mounted industrial aspirators.
Thanks to the features of suction and compactness, they can be installed either
on the side of your machine during production phases, or used like generic aspirator
for cleaning your workshop.
